2025 Paving Project- Seeking Engineer

Request for Proposals – 2025 Paving Projects
The Town of Bloomsburg is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the design, permitting, bidding, construction administration, and inspection of paving improvements to Market Street (5th to Ft. McClure Blvd) and the Skatepark driveway/parking lot.

Projects are funded by a CFA Multimodal Grant, DCNR Grant, and general funds. The selected firm must comply with all grant reporting, permitting, and inspection requirements.

Proposals are due by 10:00 a.m. on July 11, 2025, and can be mailed to 301 E. 2nd Street, Bloomsburg, PA 17815 or emailed to info@bloomsburgpa.org.
