Congratulations to Sergeant Quentin Reinford!
The Town of Bloomsburg Council is proud to announce the promotion of Quentin Reinford to the rank of Sergeant, effective July 26, 2026, with the Bloomsburg Police Department.
They say chevron patterns never go out of style and on July 26, Quentin will be adding three more to his uniform! 
This promotion comes as Quentin celebrates 10 years of service with the Bloomsburg Police Department this July, a fitting way to recognize a decade of dedication to our community.
