- $21.32 per hour during the 6 month probationary period. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the hourly pay in 2023 will be $22.44 per hour.
- 7% funded pension based off of the annual hourly salary
- 10 days paid vacation in the second year of employment.
- 4 hours of sick time accrual monthly starting immediately upon hire date.
- 3 personal days starting immediately upon hire date.
- Bereavement days and longevity pay are also a part of this position.
