Exciting Update! 
The Danville Area Pickleball Players (DAPP) and the Town of Bloomsburg are teaming up for an exciting new partnership! At tonight’s Town Council meeting, DAPP presented a proposal for their funding to go towards the new pickleball courts to be built at Streater Fields in 2025. This is a major step toward creating free, high-quality, safe, and accessible courts for Danville, Bloomsburg, and surrounding communities!
Over the last two years, DAPP has worked relentlessly to secure funding, find a location, and team up with a like-minded partner. Together, we’ve raised over $200,000 for construction! The goal is to build 10 courts, but the final number will depend on the upcoming bids. Plus, if we can raise an additional $50,000, a private donor will match that amount, pushing us to over $300,000!
