The parking lot project for 1.7 million dollars will begin on Monday, June 26th in the Town of Bloomsburg. Impacted permit holders will be communicated directly by the Bloomsburg Parking Department. The order of the lots to be constructed- West Pine, East Pine and Pine. The lots are expected to be fully closed when construction begins and each lot is expected to take about a month long (give or take due to weather or utility relocation delays). Robert C. Young the successful bidder on the project will coordinate with the surrounding citizens on car access/ dumpsters/ etc. This project is made possible through USDA, HUD CDBG, and American Rescue Funds.
