Attention Business Owners in Bloomsburg
Starting in 2025, there is a change to the Amusement Tax Ordinance in the Town of Bloomsburg! This includes devices that operate with coins, debit/credit cards, or other forms of payment.
Important Details: 
Licenses can be obtained at the Bloomsburg Tax Office for the calendar year. Deadline: All licenses must be acquired and displayed by April 15, 2025. Late fees: $50 per day for non-compliance.
Fees for Devices Include (but not limited to):
Jukebox: $50.00
Pool Table: $100
Amusement Devices consisting of mega-touch or similar devices: $100
Amusement Devices consisting of “skill games”: $400
Amusement Device, which is not otherwise skill game or mega-touch or similar device: $50.00
Payment can be made annually or quarterly, but remember, licenses must be renewed before April 15th each year.
