Congratulations to Patrolman Joshua Dombrosky, who was promoted to Sergeant by Town Council last night!
His official promotion date will be October 19, 2025.
Sergeant Dombrosky has been with the Bloomsburg Police Department since October 2014. He achieved the highest score on both the written and oral portions of the promotional process. Over the years, he has served as a Field Training Officer, led the department’s Defensive Tactics Program, and continues to enhance his professional development through ongoing police training courses.
