Exciting News for Bloomsburg! 
Town Council dedicated American Rescue Funds to the Bloomsburg Area Recreational Trail (BART)! 
As part of the 2024-2025 SEDA-COG MPO Bicycle and Pedestrian Counts Program, BART was selected for traffic monitoring. From October 11, 2024, to February 3, 2025, an impressive 13,537 citizens were counted using the East side of the trail! While winter naturally led to a dip in numbers, we can’t wait to see those counts rise again in the spring and summer!
