2024 Flood Awareness Week March 18th-22nd

This week is Flood Awareness Week, for more information regarding flood preparedness check out the flooding tab under the Emergency management tab on the home page. Check for daily posts this week on the Town’s facebook page. Mayor Hummel read a Proclamation of Flood Awareness at the March 11, 2024 Council meeting. Over 1/3 of the Town can be impacted by flood waters. Know your flood risk, make a plan and consider protecting your property with a flood insurance policy. Bloomsburg is part of the FEMA Community Rating System and all NFIP backed policies receive a 15% premium discount.

March 18th to 22nd is Flood Awareness Week.
