The Bloomsburg Code Appeal Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 2^nd Floor, Town Hall, 301 E. 2^nd Street, Bloomsburg to review and possibly take action on the following.

1. A request for variances submitted by Ruth Kranig for the property located at 516 Fort McClure Boulevard, PA.  A variance for Section 403.122 of the Uniform Construction Code, a variance for Section 8-701 relating to floodplain ordinance requirements and the placing of a pavilion, and a variance for Section 8-402. I regarding the square footage greater than 200 square feet.
