The trial of the legal action initiated by the Bloomsburg Fair Association regarding its demand to reinstitute Sprint Car Racing at the Fairgrounds Racetrack and financial damages from the Town of Bloomsburg relative to its Noise Ordinance will take place at the Columbia County Courthouse beginning at 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday, November 18th, and Wednesday, November 19th. The complaint relating to the claims against the Town is attached.
