It is with great disappointment that we announce the postponement of the Bloomsburg–Danville Pickleball Courts Grand Opening, originally scheduled for Friday, October 3, 2025. A new date has not yet been set.
The Town of Bloomsburg is working closely with our engineer, LIVIC Civil, the contractor, Robert C. Young, and all parties involved to address issues that have recently come to everyone’s attention regarding the courts.
We remain committed to delivering a high-quality facility that will serve the community for years to come. Once these issues are resolved, we look forward to joining DAPP in announcing a new date for the Grand Opening.
We sincerely apologize for this unexpected delay. With over 100 donors supporting this project, we recognize our responsibility to ensure it is completed correctly—not only for donors, but also for taxpayers, staff, and Council, who have all worked to make this project a success.
