The Town Council officially approved the demolition of the structure at 405 Millville Road as of October 9, 2023! 
Thanks to the hard work of the Codes Department and the Town solicitor, we’re taking steps to improve our community. The property owner has submitted the demolition permit, and the town will file a lien on the property.
We’re pleased to announce that Sokol provided the lowest quote at $11,330.
