The Town of Bloomsburg has been selected as the 1st Place Winner for Best Town/County Park in the Press Enterprise Best of the Best 2025! 
We’re also thrilled to share the latest data from the Bloomsburg Area Recreational Trail, showing 124,380 trail uses between October 12, 2024, and October 12, 2025! 
These counts were collected through the SEDA-COG MPO Bicycle & Pedestrian Counts Program (BPCP) using a TRAFx counter in partnership with Bucknell University and Dr. Michelle Beiler.
Please note: the counts represent trail uses or trips (not individual users). The system records all trail activity—pedestrians, joggers, and cyclists—and tracks direction of travel for analysis.
