Recommended Plan
 o  Fringe alignment provides Agnes-level protection from the Susquehanna River
     and 100-yr level protection from Fishing Creek.  For Fishing Creek, the 100-yr
     storm event is more damaging than the Agnes event.
 o  Town-side project consists of approximately ä  9,700 LF of earthen levee
